Photograph article dated February 6, 1961 partially reads, "The East Valley League, the strongest in the Los Angeles area during the recent prep city basketball campaign, completely dominates the Valley Times TODAY All-All [sic] Valley basketball team as released today by the Valley Times TODAY Athletic Board. This is the team you have been waiting for because it is the product of a thorough and complete survey of the whole San Fernando Valley." Pictured is Don Howard of Grant High School.
