Cedars of Lebanon and Mount Sinai Hospitals merged in 1961 to form Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Photograph caption dated March 25, 1959 reads "Mrs. Chuck Schuster, left, rehearses Calypso number for April 4 'Cabaret Risque' of Mt. Sinai Helpers for Handicapped Children for Mmes. Jay Berman, seated, and William Glick. Event at Valley Jewish Community Center will benefit hospital's clinic for emotionally disturbed children."
