Description
Land lease for 5 acres of the M. R. Dominguez allotment west of Wilmington and "at the end of the Dominguez Water Company's water line #201 North." The lease start date is May 1, 1938 and end date is April 30, 1939; the lease rent is $125. Additional text is added at the end of the document relating to subleasing and an understanding that the lessee is a United States citizen with proof of citizenship being a requirement of the lease agreement.
