Description
The Tustin car called "Horse Car", ran from Santa Ana on Main Street, up Prospect to the Hotel on Third Street. Instead of turning around, the horse was hitched to the other end and the seat backs reversed. Also shown on the right side of the photograph is Tustin's first bank, the Bank of Tustin, which stood on the northwest corner of Main Street and El Camino Real.
