White line on blue survey map created for People's Lumber Company of part of Blocks D & E of Avenue Tract in Ventura. Cedar Street separates Block D and Block C from Block E. E. Prospect Street and E. Center Street are visible to the left of Cedar Street. Block D has plot divisions numbered 9-12 and Block E has plots numbered 18-24.
