Photograph of the exterior view of the Hall of Justice, in September 1927. A large light colored multi-story building appears at center, with a stripe of two-dimensional sculptures around its' waist. At left, traffic can be seen on a road, emerging from a tunnel, while another road intersects the latter from the front of the structure. What appears to be a small park sits in the foreground, dotted with palm trees and lamp posts, while more buildings are visible at left.
