Photograph caption dated October 31, 1959 reads, "Oil Painting -- Mrs. Jewell Cooper, Valley artist and art show winner, stands at easel in her home, 11610 Archwood St., North Hollywood, be religious painting she presented to her church, First Presbyterian of North Hollywood. Member of Valley Artists Guild and active in church and community affairs, she painted two oils that hang in Fireside Room of First Presbyterian. Painting's biblical quotation reads: 'Go ye into the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.' "
