All the men sit on a long wooden bench, except the man on the far left who sits in a small wooden chair. The man on the left is seen wearing a large lab coat over his formal attire. He is also seen holding a cigarette with his left hand and a small coffee mug in his right hand. The two men to his right also hold coffee mugs. In the background, four tables with umbrellas at their center can be seen. In the extreme background, vague mountain ranges frame the neutral sky. In the foreground, a small patch of grass runs alongside a cement path. To the left, a large plant grows against the wall of a large building. Description on back of the photoprint reads: "Coffee break in a 'country club' atmosphere is enjoyed by manufacturing division personnel in Consolidated Engineering Corporation's garden-like canteen. Canteen operated on a non-profit basis, serves hot lunches and snacks for mid-morning and afternoon leisure moments".
