Description
Photograph of the ruins of the City of Reims, France, including the cathedral, ca.1919. The two rectangular bell towers of the cathedral are visible in the distance at left. The large church's damaged towers look out over a ruined city full of destroyed buildings and rubble. A statue of a winged lady is in the foreground at right on a tall pillar. Only one other building appears to be standing, and it is located behind the statue at right. It is a long, rectangular building with a large tower at right.
