Description: This is the design, by the Berkeley architectural firm of Apaydin, Angell and Lockwood for the Sumitomo Bank of California's contemplated new Sacramento branch office building. Ground will be broken for the $330,000 development Friday, and completiion, by United Construction Company of Sacramento, is expected by early December.
