Description
Miss Seal Beach, Jill Shelton, stands by after unveiling a sand painting portrait of the late President Dwight D. Eisenhower. The memorial was created with sands from 50 states. Grandson, David Eisenhower, on hand for the Seal Beach ceremonies, studies the portrait painted by David V. Villasenor. The event marked the birthday of the late president, October 15, 1970.
