A man in coveralls and a hat stands on the top of the section of pipe while grasping the pulley and rope. Several men stand along the edge of the ground on the left with sections of pipe lying in the discarded earth to the left of them. A second crane stands to the left of trees on the far right with its arm reaching to the left. Electrical lines extend over the work site.
