Description
According to Burbank Leader (Aug. 2, 1986): A Burbank police officer snuck through the air conditioning ducts atop the KNBC Channel 4 News building Thursday, then grabbed and pulled to safety a Frenchman teetering for 25 minutes on the end of the NBC peacock sign 70 feet above the studio parking lot. The man reportedly threatened to leap to his death if he did not see actor Ricky Schroeder."
