Description
Photograph of a side view of a fishing barge called "Olympic", ca.1930. Aboard, people are observable along the side and up on the stern. A horizontal row of cuddies is partially visible behind the people. The ship has two main masts from which small flags are hanging from a rope, extending from one mast to the other. In the center of the boat, a row of fishing rods can be seen standing in an upright position. Below this, on the side of the boat, a sign is visible which reads: "OLYMPIC". An extended narrow platform is noticeable which protrudes from the bow and a chain is attached from its tip to the outer extreme of the boat's front. Water is viewable in the foreground and surrounding the boat.
