Photograph caption dated March 10, 1964 reads, "Burbank Women's Council has named Mrs. Glen W. Seltzer, 906 Delaware Rd., Burbank, as its 1963 Woman of the Year. A member of the Burbank Woman's Club, of which she is immediate past president, Mrs. Seltzer was one of three semifinalists in annual Women's Council contest." Seltzer is seen at left, woman at right is unidentified.
