Photograph caption dated January 2, 1962 reads "Bill Ramage, Father Time, and Linda Thompson, Miss New Year, join with officials of Metropolitan Savings and Loan Assn. in celebrating the grand opening of the association's new Valley office building, 18160 Sherman Way, Reseda. The association has announced plans to make on of the rooms in the new $250,000 building available to Valley clubs and organizations for meeting purposes. Participating in ribbon-cutting ceremonies are (from left) Ralph F. Townley Jr., assistant vice president and manager of the new Valley branch; Ramage; Miss Thompson; and Gunther J. Shirley, Metropolitan president."
