Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated October 15, 1961 reads, "Flames approach Hostedder road; Sunland (left), Tujunga (right) are in rear." The article partially reads, "Arson inspectors today were searching three acres of charred La Tuna Canyon hillside for the cause of a fire that swept through 200 acres of heavy brush in the Verdugo Hills Friday....They said the fire apparently started in a three-acre section of sloping foothills at the shoulder of La Tuna Canyon road, about a mile south of Tujunga and three miles north of Burbank."; See images #00114993 through #00114994 for all photos in this series.
