Description
Photograph of a view of an unidentified street in Fiddletown, showing parked cars, 1936. Several early automobiles are visible parked along the right side of the narrow dirt street that runs down the center of the image into the distance. To the left, a row of what appear to be residential buildings are jacketed in clapboard siding. A brick building is pictured towards the foreground at right, seemingly out of use. In the distance at right, a Mobil Gas station can be seen. Fiddletown was the site of a Chinatown in the 1850's, and was first settled in 1849.
