Photograph of a view of Broadway looking north from Sixth Street, June 1928. The highrises of Silverwoods Clothing Company and the Broadway Arcade Building stand prominently at the right of the photograph, while automobiles, pedestrians and a streetcar navigate Broadway. More highrises extend down the street. Silverwoods flies an American flag from their roof. Legible signs include: "Painless Parker Dentist", "Parker System Dentists", "Clothing National Shirt Shops", "Leighton's Cafeteria", "Birkel Music Co.", "$3", "K.D. Stack" and "Hotel Services" which is pictured on the back of a car at left. To the right, a street sign reads "Left Turn Prohibited".
