Description
Shown here is Lowe's Flower Shop window display, showing an ocean/nautical/Hawaiian theme of sea shells, coral, basketry, woven products, and gifts. At far right, a native tapestry wall hanging is featured. A small grass skirt hangs in the background. The first of these shops was located inside the railroad depot on Ocean Boulevard. By the time this image was taken, there were two shops; one at 242 W. Ocean Boulevard, and another at 251 American Avenue (Long Beach Boulevard). DATE NOTES: Noted on image back. ORIG.
