Photograph of an aerial view of Santa Anita Racetrack in Arcadia, 1934. The large oval track is at center and encircles an open infield. There is a single small building on the left side of the infield. A covered grandstand is at the left side of the track on the outside, and a several rows of stables are visible in the distance at left. In the background at right are hundreds of trees, and the land in the foreground is neatly mowed. The racetrack was built in 1934.
