The article partially reads, "A young maintenance man, with a flair for the not-too-original, was arraigned yesterday in Van Nuys Municipal Court on a charge of grand theft....Norton, who told police he spent 16 hours bound and gagged while two men looted almost a dozen cash registers in Bullock's Department Store Saturday night, was charged with committing the crime, and a complaint was issued by the Van Nuys office of the district attorney."
