Multiple windows are visible on each story, while three statues are depicted on the fourth story beneath the roof. The edge of the roof is shaped in an ornamental pattern, while a three-story tower with a clock on its side can be seen on the roof. A flag is depicted flying from the tower, while carriages, pedestrians, and a horse-drawn street-car are visible on the street in the foreground. Trees are visible behind a fence in the background.
