Photograph of an old window and buttress of San Carlos Mission in Carmel, ca.1903. Plants grow at the top of the crumbling stone structure at center. Walls extend from either side. A window with portions of glass missing can be seen on the right. The walls are stained with lightly-colored streaks. The mission was moved to Carmel from Monterey.
