Description
"A 'circus train' -- looking suspiciously like the K Street Mall tram in disguise -- is offering free rides between 5th Street and the Community Center every day, except July 4, through next Sunday. Yesterday the train had to wind its way past arts and crafts displays in the square in front of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. The train loads passengers at 5th and 11th Streets"
