Description
Construction of new observatory office building in Pasadena. Excavation and installation of concrete walls. The 60-inch telescope erecting house is in the background. On the far side of the excavation hole is a crane in use. Forms for the concrete foundation are seen in the lower left-hand corner of the photograph.
