Description
New burial of the queen Ranavalona III at the Queen palace in Antananarivo, Madagascar. The reverend Henri Peyrot is making a speech.
The Queen Ranavalona III died in exile in Algeria in 1917. Buried in Alger's cemetery, her body is exhumed in September 1938 and her mortal remains are buried in Antananarivo the 30th of October 1938, after an official ceremony during which the reverend Peyrot gives a speech.
