Photograph article dated December 16, 1960 partially reads, "Sepulveda boulevard property owners asked for more information Thursday night before they'll chip in around $10,000 each on a $2 million improvement program. The meeting attracted more than 100 persons to discuss the planned improvement between Burbank boulevard and Sherman Way. It was standing-room-only at the basement auditorium of the Southern California Gas Co. auditorium, 6640 Van Nuys Blvd., Van Nuys."
