Description
East Sacramento's McKinley Park is the subject of this circa 1930 postcard. Originally called East Park, it lay just beyond the Sacramento city limit and became the first destination area for the newly-formed Sacramento Street Railroad Company when the tracks reached Thirty-First and H streets in July 1871.
