Description
Photograph of the exterior view of the Carnegie Library, Covina, ca.1908. The Greek revival style building is about one-story tall. The pedimented portico has four proto-ionic columns for support. Ornamental leaf-like moldings and the number "1905" appear in the tympanum of the pediment. Two lampposts guard the stairway to the front door. Sprouts of newly planted shrubs line the lawn. Trees are visible in the back of the library.
