Photograph caption dated January 29, 1960 reads "Erich Renner, left, trainer for International Guiding Eyes, Inc., 11408 Collins St., North Hollywood, introduces blind St. Louis insurance broken (sic) John Ness to his new guide dog, Lady, at training center, 118 S. Virginia St., Burbank, Ness, now 32, received first dog, Janie, two years ago. Animal was killed recently accidentally by hunter. Ness and Lady will train briefly."
