Description
This Paradise Valley Apricots can label offers a romantic illustration of an orchard filled valley. Paradise Valley is located in Morgan Hill, California, where the Bisceglia Brothers started their company. Four Bisceglia brothers emigrated from southern Italy to the United States in 1885. They eventually settled in Morgan Hill where they started growing and canning fruit and vegetables. In 1913 the Bisceglia Brothers moved their cannery to Monterey Road in San Jose, California. In 1919 the Bisceglia Brothers Canning Company was the largest cannery in the world and employed 1,000 workers.
