Photograph of a flooded road near the Southern Pacific Depot in Lancaster, 1914. The road Is at center and is completely submerged beneath calm water. In the background, the railroad depot can be seen at right and a large two story building is visible at left. A small number of leafless trees can be seen in the background as well. The photograph is blurry and details are difficult to make out. Picture file card reads "(Burton's Tropico)", a reference to a mine in Antelope Valley.
