Photograph caption dated May 3, 1962 reads, "Ninety-seven Herald-Examiner carrier boys, the youngest 10 years old, the oldest 17, today explored every nook and cranny of the Seattle World's Fair during the second day of a 7-day tour of the fair and western canada as guests of the Herald-Examiner." This photograph was taken before the boys boarded two United Airlines Red Carpet Jet Mainliners at International Airport to fly to Seattle.
