Three-quarters length publicity portrait. "For my very dear friend, George E. Lask with many thanks for all his help, Dorothy Crawford, 1929" -- handwritten on right.
Dorothy Elizabeth Crawford was born in 1897 in Portland, Oregon. She was a composer/songwriter as well as actress. Wrote and acted in series of character monologues. Resident of San Francisco.
