Description
Three women are depicted in a room. The woman on the far left wears a white ruffled bonnet with pink flowers. Her dress is blue with black ribbon edging and bows, with a wide square neck. Her blouse has a jewel neck and long, full gathered sleeves. She has a black bow on her skirt, on the upper tier, which is also edged with black. The woman in the middle wears a wedding dress, in off white. Her hair is up and a lace veil is attached at the back with white flowers and ends just above the ground. Her dress has a jewel neck with long full gathered sleeves. She also has a corsage of flowers on her bodice, just above her waist. The bodice has buttons down the center front, and her skirt has three tiers on her skirt. Each tier has a satin layer with a lace layer above, both edged in scallops The woman on the right sits in a chair. She wears a white bonnet with yellow flowers and matching plumes. Her dress is deep purple, and is covered by a black lace mantelet. All three women wear gloves.
