Description
Photograph of a view of a commercial street being repaved, showing workmen and equipment, [s.d.]. The paved lanes of a commercial street, divided by streetcar tracks, run from the lower left corner toward the center background. At the center of an image is a man upon an apparatus with a large roller at its rear, smoothing the new pavement. Workmen to his right shovel asphalt from a truck, covering the rightmost lane of the road. To the left of the road is a parking lot, with a sign reading "Auto Park. All Day 15 cents", as well as buildings labeled "Garage" and "Calo-Building".
