Description: The location of this YMCA is 10303 Plainview Avenue (visible, lower center), on the corner of Apperson, in Tujunga.
Photograph caption dated September 8, 1959 reads, "David Kohnhorst, right, of 11032 Oro Vista Ave., Sunland, presents Sunland-Tujunga YMCA members Steve and Rick Henderson and 'Y' secretary Mrs. Edward Burch an inventory of 47 pieces of sports equipment he is giving to YMCA. Feeling that 'Y' is one of most important youth organizations in area, Kohnhorst contacted Mrs. Burch after winning sports equipment in contest."
