Letter from Otto W. Degen, the president at the United German-American Societies of the East Bay, located at 1303 Franklin Street in Oakland, CA dated February 5, 1930. The stationery includes a list of the president and board of directors of the society, a ten-point purpose statement, and the slogan "In Unity is Strength".
