Description
Two Barotse (Lozi) workers making a floor with mud and dung, in Zambia.
François Coillard was the first missionary of the Société des missions évangéliques de Paris (Paris evangelical missionary society) who went in Barotseland to evangelize the Lozi people. He worked in this region from 1878 to 1904. Photograph published in 1887 by François Coillard in the photo album named "Vues du Zambèze".
