Description: This document from May 29, 1943, is a "Special Bulletin" sent from the Office of Civilian Defense concerning the War Civilian Security Program during World War II. It comes from the Mary A. Ribzinski subgroup in the Sally Zentner Family Papers, MC49. Ribzinski was a block plan leader during World War II and a nurse at the Mercy Hospital X-Ray Department.
