The oil-seller Apollodoros complains to Menches, village scribe, about two assaults by oil smugglers; the text mentions the 4th year (of Ptolemy IX Soter II, 114/113 B.C.) and the 4th of the Egyptian month Hathyr (Nov. 23, 114 B.C.)
