Description
Meeting of the San Bruno Water Commission, December 1948. The commission was chaired by Councilman Lyman McGuffin. The other members are listed as Ralph Woodman (the City Clerk), Harte, Burton, Ross and Hess. Two of the other individuals in the photograph are most likely Clarence White, a city engineer, and Helen Collins, the Water Clerk, who took minutes and maintained the records of the commission.
