Photograph article dated July 21, 1963 partially reads, "Towne and Country Real Estate has completed the sale of the 36-acre Goodrich Ranch located at 20005 Devonshire Blvd. in Chatsworth to Russcor Construction company for a sale price of almost $600,000. Henry Kleinbard, investment division representative with the firm's Encino office handled the transaction... Town [sic] and Country Real Estate, a San Fernando Valley firm, has instituted a 'Sales Office of the Month' and 'Salesman of the Month' award, with trophies to be presented each month to the winning office and salesman by president Richard L.
