Description: Spanish letter accompanied with English translation by Dr. Maria Teresa Venegas. Handwritten family correspondence from Miguel in Los Angeles to his father Juan Venegas in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, regarding the rental of his lands in Zapotlanejo and subsequent problems, the state of his business in Los Angeles, the stability of his family life, and that family ties are now the only major reason for a return to Mexico.
