Description: Exterior view of the Medical Building at the Los Angeles County Farm in Downey, built in Spanish Colonial Revival style in 1933. The facility later became the Rancho Los Amigos Hospital, used beginning in 1944 as a long-term care hospital to aid polio victims. Photograph dated May 1933.
