Aerial view of U.S. Electrical Motors Inc. (a division of Emerson Electric), located at 1501 N. Manchester Avenue in Anaheim; view is slightly southwest. The single-story plant is nestled amid orange groves and is adjacent to the Santa Ana (5) Freeway, shown crossing from lower left corner to middle right. The main street behind the plant (diagonally from middle right to upper left) is possibly Orangewood Avenue. Numerous orange groves can be seen scattered throughout, and the sprawling city is visible farther back toward the left. Photograph dated February 29, 1956.
