Photograph was edited for publication purposes. Photograph article dated June 14, 1962 partially reads, "The sign in the middle of Reseda High School's track field said 'Run For Fun,' and an estimated 300 athletes did just that at the second summer meet held by youth services at that high school...the school adopted the idea last year to hold three track meets during the summer, in an effort to help the Valley's track talent keep in shape." Pictured are, Gary Goettelmann, left, winner of the mile event, with Rich Krenzer, second place winner.
