Photograph caption dated August 5, 1961 reads, "Model car classes, featuring teenage teachers such as Dick Hartman of Tarzana, far left, are conducted for younger boys at 9:30 a.m. each Tuesday at the Paint Box art shop, 18319 Ventura Blvd., Tarzana. Steve Ingram of Encino, pictured above, receives instruction while standing next to Joan Szukalski, shop owner, and Frank Millard, of Tarzana, another teenage teacher. Next photo shows Ingram gluing chassis while Millard instructs.
