Description
Image shows Mr. John T. Whedon residence, located on Via Pima on lot 3, block 6315, tract 7143 in Valmonte. View shows front of the single-story, four-room stucco house with enclosed patio, attached single-car garage and tile roof. Landscaping has yet to be done. Mr. Whedon was a grower of Fuerte avocados, planting the first orchard of the hearty variety in 1914 on his property in Yorba Linda, California. The Via Pima house was later owned by M.B. Moote, W.H. Kindig, Patterson, and Tregoe.
